Executive Consulting is a specially created combination of coaching and training. The profit for companies: the whole package with only one person so that there is no problem in communication.

  • Preparation for new tasks
  • Addressing and solving conflicts
  • Integration of new staff
  • Change in the organization

A big part of those demands are met during coaching. There are, however, limits to this method. To achieve a long-lasting change in behavior, it is necessary to get input through trainings. The coach changes from accompanying the client to being a trainer. Therefore he can give advice, teach specialized knowledge and is able to support the executive level even better.
